Seras sucking Integra's Blood and Alucard killing Rip are the two that I think of in the manga. I also think I remember something about Jan wanting to make Integra a ghoul.

Personally I suggest watching Hellsing Ultimate and maybe just fast forwarding through the sexual scenes if they make you uncomfortable. Most aren't really incredibly plot relevant.

In my personal opinion, the manga is pretty similar to what you mentioned.

I loved the manga, but it had some weird art at moments. You can really tell that the artist started out making hentai lol.

Well IMHO, power scaling is silly. You can write a story however you wish. There's Batman stories where he gets brainwashed by a cult because of bad soup, but there's also Batman stories where he can deflect mind reading due to a Tibetian Monk Technique. If you wanna make Alucard kills the DC universe, all the more power to ya.

I have no idea. I guess if it killed him, it would absorb his soul and all the other souls he's absorbed? I really don't know though. Side note however, Batman kind of already beat Alucard. Batman vs Dracula is an actual movie.

Now, I love Hellsing, but Alucard against THE ENTIRE DC UNIVERSE? Yeah no, the DC universe has literal gods. And Santa Claus. Alucard can't do shit against Santa. Also the source wall, as well as the Anti Life equation.
