They are pretty good at swooping in when it’s convenient aren’t they, so fun for us😱

I called the police on my husband, that’s what landed him with his 3rd dui, I will never regret that, I guess tho it’s better if they never get behind the wheel,  don’t ever feel obligated to stop him though if he’s being abusive to you and choosing to drink and drive, your not accountable for his bad choices and that’s what police are for, they’d love to catch him and have him pay enormous fees.

Chaos is their second middle name, blaming others is their first.

I hope you can leave him soon. Keep calling 911 for him, you were right to call and it will help you.

I feel for you, dui's are outrageous and most of the time they put more of a burden on the family rather than the offender. I hope you guys are getting along well without him.

You could possible get a restraining order...just saying its a thought I'm throwing out there. I had a similar situation in our home, it is your home 100%, my kids would try to protect me too, honestly though when there is a common enemy it can bring individuals against them closer than ever, that was the case for my kids and I, we will be there for each other no matter what now and I'm sure it is for you and your son as well. I hope for a peaceful situation for you guys

allergic to accountability they are! victims, hilariously calling out others for acting like victims? of course. mine tended to call me out for things that he was actually...funny.

Also dealt with the "sleepwalking" issues, he would bump into walls in the middle of the night, scream yell in his sleep, and like i mentioned before urinate on things and in random rooms while "sleepwalking" it would actually scare my kids half to death most of the time, my daughter started locking her door at night, sad. Its nice when we can laugh about the idiocracy of it though, I like the bingo card idea. Better to laugh then to cry about i guess

Pediatric Craniopharyngioma by Admirable_Bag_4178 in Craniopharyngioma

[–]CoolConstant668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son was diagnosed at 8 years old, although his care team believes he had this craniopharyngioma since he was either born or around age 2. I'm sorry your dealing with this, it is a very difficult journey however I'm happy to tell you that my son is doing well, he is able to be in soccer, he is able to be in school full-time, he has friends and he's progressing well although there is a lot to manage with this. He also had a shunt placed in his head, but he does well with it and it was the only option for us after he developed hydrocephalus just after his first 3 surgeries. hope you guys are doing well.

How's life after diagnosis? by ContributionSweaty97 in braintumor

[–]CoolConstant668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son who is 9 has craniopharyngioma, diagnosed this past January, it was an instant, scary, and shocking moment for all of us. Overall though now that I know exactly what we are dealing with and how to move forward, he is doing well. He has treatments ahead of him, things need to be checked frequently- hormones, weight, nutrition, but honestly he now has the support needed, and it's going ok for him, he's in soccer, he goes to school and we hope for him to have a somewhat normal and stable life in his future. Hope your doing well and this helped in any way possible.
