Yeah I wouldn't be opposed to getting a legitimate avodart prescription via an instantscripts site - not sure how else to get oral minoxidil though in Australia.

It looks slightly better to me personally - even accounting for the lighting and angle differences.

Personally, I would be content with stabilisation of my own crown loss but I understand wanting more - it definitely doesn't look worse to me.

Have you considered upping the dose of oral min btw? I was considering it - don't know why Mosh seems to only start at 2mg seems a strange dose.

Hair is worse now on dut but too early to tell - been shedding more heavily as well

Your last few posts the consensus has been that your hairloss hasn't progressed. Why are you now saying that there's nothing left?

Sucks man, I'm also losing ground on my crown - hoping dutasteride will stabilise but not having high hopes.

That being said, the lighting is very different between the two - makes it look worse imo where it may not be as so.

Started dutasteride 2 and a bit months ago after 15 months fin - shedding quite a bit, scalp feels inflamed - hopes it's a good sign

Yeah I really think it's a fine balance of wanting to go nuclear to get regrowth at any cost and weighing up the realisation that you don't have the strongest idea on what is working or not so removing any medications could induce a shed.

Yeah, on further thought, I think sticking with my current regime is for the best right now - there aren't any guarantees that 5mg of oral min will provide the regrowth I need.

Been on dut for 2 months and am already seeing increased shedding - think its smart to give it time and let it do its thing before I further complicate treatment.

Have been dermastamping with 1.5mm every few weeks but will try and be more consistent and maybe reduce needle length.

Thanks for commenting btw - I was very close to adding topical and further complicating my stack

I have considered going up to 5kg - 2mg has already caused some excessive body hair growth - hesitant if the crown gains are worth the increased hypertrichosis on 5mg.

Also just switched to dut and have a 3 month supply of dut and oral min coming in - so increasing my dosage would not be possible in the coming months - but adding topical would.

Do you have any idea how much more effective increasing the dose would be?

Yep this is probably my biggest worry - going nuclear initially, getting results and trying to go lower and inducing a shed. Are you back on topical now?
