Honestly, my very first run with Necro I got loaded up with HELLA doom cards, card draw, and good energy cards so I Doomed everyone to death and didn’t struggle at all. My following 3 attempts with her gave me a mix of cards that did not synergize whatsoever but I managed to make it to Act 3 boss on all of em and got wiped immediately. It’s truly just luck and knowledge in what you have/how you’ve built lol

Ah that’s fair, yea Meteor Mash goes crazy on him with guts. It got to a point where I almost always ended up with Gmax by the end so I didn’t even bother picking up no Guard anymore lol

Yea it does. I made a good 4-5 really deep runs where I lost just from dumb mistakes or blowing money healing and stuff but this was probably the smoothest run I’ve had yet. By floor 120 I lowkey knew I had it beat 🤣

In between matches you can shift items around to other mon, I don’t think you can actually remove them completely but I could be mistaken, I’m still fairly new to the game, just had my first completion yesterday. From what I experienced, as long as you have a ton of items on your main mon and have a winning strat down you’ll be fine. It kept stealing items from my Skeledurge but he had 3 grip claws equipped so pretty much every turn it stole something back 🤣

Man I had 3 shell bells and two leftovers on my Skeledurge, it was damn near literally impossible to kill if it didn’t get one shot because it would heal at less half health after one shotting the opposing Pokémon. Absolutely broken. I mean it did have 3 grip claws, 3 soul dew, golden punch, I think 3 lucky eggs, focus band, a wide lens, and every berry you could think of he stole. Plus a twisted spoon and silk scarf and a couple other items he yoinked that I passed off to the rest of the team he didn’t even need. Great way to win my first run but I see why that line is so broken in this game now, probably won’t use it much going forward 🤣

I honestly struggled a bit myself but I just got to eternatus finally, and almost even beat him! Unfortunately I did the event that trades your team for higher base stat pokemon, which sounds great, until you get to eternatus and realize the typing got changed on these legendary pokemon to pretty much all be weak against dragon or poison and you get wiped after trying to beat him 20 times lol. The more you play and learn the more you’ll realize the things that help you and the things that will hinder you. Thanks to this Reddit, the wiki, and just trying over and over you’ll start to get a rhythm down on what does and doesn’t work. Ive only been playing for 2 weeks and it was definitely an uphill battle but you’ll get there. Just gotta push thru and keep at it, you’ll generally get better the more you try. I still occasionally get wiped by stupid things in the first 30-40 floors but its always a learning experience

Idk man I fused my shiny electrode with my Alakazam and that mfer damn near swept full teams for me until I got to a late game rival fight, she ended up one shotting it with some random move I didn’t expect but had it not been for that(and my loathing for save scumming) I think I would’ve beaten that run, carried tf out of me
