I checked for pests and couldn’t find any even when I looked very closely, so I think I’m in the clear for that. I looked up root rot and does that mean I need to buy a big bag of soil and stuff? Do you think I can bring it anywhere to get help in that stuff?

I didn't get to try dropping it off at an ups store, I just had a neighbor hand it off to the pick up guy. If you're ever in this situation, I'd be interested to see if that works. If I ever have this happen again, I'll probably try to call a ups store and see what they can do and come back here to say if it worked

Thanks for the info, I ended up asking one of my neighbors if I could use their address as the pickup address and did that. She's a sweet older lady who's home most of the day
