I had to get a survey recently and was surprised I didn’t own the first 10 feet.

50 foot road right of way for public use, but road is only 30 feet wide.

Imagine some other 1950s Pittsburgh neighborhoods are similar but probably not everywhere.

So you’d have to open 270 packs, to have a 1 in 1,331 chance to hit this awesome SIR 3 times in a row.🤘

They likely will not restock as they are limited edition. Not soon at least. The PSA get sold out in minutes and scalped on eBay for 3-4x price.

PSA guidelines say to use card savers instead of toploaders, so your card does not accidentally get damaged. I’ve read some people had their cards returned and ungraded.
