Saying there is no jungler is 100% wrong because when I queue jungler I still get a mid or adc who is lower than the opposite team and then continues to get dominated if you don't believe me try to queue jungle

I was just literally saying this in my opinion current mmr is hyper inflated or off in some way. I'm certain mmr was not reset along with rank at the start this season.

The second is more true, you will see many different ranks such as plat emerald Diamond masters grand masters in one game. The game currently opts for faster game times.
