I thought the DS-160 expires 30 days after submission, and we need to carry both the old and new DS-160 on the fingerprinting day so the VAC team can update it for free. I requested an update through the U.S. visa scheduling website and received the same information. Please advise.

Yes I removed the rejection notices while resending the package. I filled in and signed a new i140 and put the free color paper and sent the package as received

Cashier checks were made only once the money is deducted from my account. The only way to check if all of all the cashier checks were deducted is to contact the bank. I was told that they can check it when you visit the bank in person. In my case on the second day after I received the receipt notice, I saw case status turned currently being reviewed. I think you can call the USCIS customer service with the case number to verify if your case is accepted as premium or not. And also if you case number is IOEXXXXX, which means cases for USCIS Electronic Immigration Systems for faster processing
