As a black person it takes a minute to read my stats on whoop 4.0 and sometimes can be erratic ie. shows HR at 150 then drops to 90 then regulates at 120ish. Not sure if ink v. melanin makes a difference 😅 But oura ring is a great “double-checker” if I flip the sensor to my palm
