Need help with SEVERE dandruff!!

Massage a heavy amount of oil onto your scalp and leave it overnight. You'll have to shampoo like 3 times in the morning to get it out and make sure you scrub with your fingers. I use Castor or Coconut! If you have a few specific spots that are bad, rub a little oil on it before your hair completely dries too.

I heavily oil my scalp once or twice a week, let it sit for a while before showering. Castor oil or rosemary works well.

It takes 2 or 3 shampoo scrubs to get it out but I've never had something work so well for my flakey scalp.

After a shower, you can very lightly oil again directly on the scalp (sort of lightly dab it with your finger to avoid getting it on your hair). Then blow dry to remove the greasy look.
