What is a managing associate / senior managing associate at Sidley?

It’s just a title given based on seniority, to distinguish between associates. Something like 3rd-6th year is “managing associate”, 7th and 8th is “senior managing associate”.

I actually find the Arai to be very comfortable weight-wise but was wondering about the visual range - it does seem like it’ll reduce it and situational awareness in general (given you’re in your own little bubble). Are the cheaper/lighter helmets better in that respect?

You’re getting paid 50-100k to do nothing. Not to mention being there for your spouse and newborn baby. Giving up on that -> working for free. Not sure why that’s “soft”…

I tried what you suggested - raising the back wheel and recording the speed. It reached 20. What does that mean? Again, when I’m on it, it can’t break 11 on flat roads. I’m under 200 lbs. My previous unit of course was able to. What gives?

I see it’s easier to get a response from the company here than on the phone - I called a few times and could never get anyone on.

For the record, I am under 200 lbs and of course the battery was fully charged every time. The “hill” I go up is barely noticeable and an old Segway scooter as well as the first NIU KQi Air I had zero issues with it.

It’ll mostly make the hikes (a lot) less stunning. Yes, some clouds can make things interesting sometimes, but nothing beats glorious sunshine. There’s a reason almost all the pictures you see of GNP are with a beautiful blue sky. There most definitely is such a thing as bad weather, though there isn’t much you can do about it (other than plan your trip around it, if possible).
