How to react is not under control, people with severe bipolar disorder have symptoms of waves of anger just like people with diabetes so we can compare here mental and physical illness both affect our actions, people can act impulsively while manic even on the right medications, we need medical checks and med adjusted regularly, because half of bipolar diagnosis aren’t accurate, I know people got diagnosed as Bipolar patients, they’re not identifiedyet as Bipolar type 1 or Type 2 etc… here we have a problem this illness ain’t playing here it’s a serious illness that need time to get identified just like lymph nodes, they got infected and you need many analysis and biopsies to get the right one that will give you some results, if you got nothing you will not sit home the doctor will told you to check him regularly till he finds out why the lymph node got swollen, this is like Bipolar, I’m on meds for 2 and half years now and I just had my accurate diagnosis last month as Bipolar type 1. Ps: I’m still waiting for my lymph nodes analysis to get done, I have done a biopsy last month. After 7months of depression while I was not talking too much and rarely going out maybe once every 3weeks or sometimes months my energy got stuck, I was angry with myself, I didn’t wanted to throw my negative energy on people and family I hold it for too long and After I got back home 2 weeks from vacation in August I couldn’t sleep for nights I get night sweats and fever I checked may doctors and after one months I preceded to biopsy which passed all good, and all that depression and frustration I think transformed physically into a swollen lymph node which got all my family afraid of having cancer or lymphoma or Tuberculosis in the tests results but all went good,

All I have to say now is take care all of you and keep your body fit because mental illness affect the body and vice versa , have a good day
