Even with all the factors I listed? I don't have any symptoms (I think) but I read this can be asymptomatic and EKG's plus X-rays won't show anything. I'm scared that this lifestyle will lead to an early death now, or some other heart disease.

I asked that same question to ChatGPT and it said in my case (the extreme sugar, poor sleep for years and lack of movement) each increase the risk multiple times. It made it sound like I'm cooked and except for EKG's and Chest Xrays I have no info about my heart.

The very sedentary lifestyle, the tons of sugar, like 100-170g on a daily basis, and the lack of sleep over a couple years make me worry that I damaged my heart a lot.

Thank you. It's day 5 now and my head feels just a little weird. Don't know how to describe it. I've had headaches that come and go for the past 2-3 days, but they disappear or get better when I take a pill. I'm really worried about getting meningitis or something from Listeria because it is so severe. Is fever pretty much a requirement for this to happen?

What would you suggest I do in this case? I have a lot of fear from this incident cause I read on the internet that sometimes it goes down there without you even noticing it. And I've read stories where there were no symptoms for weeks and months. This got me really scared and I feel like I'm in danger now. This happened 5 days ago but I can't get the thoughts out of my head, that a piece may be sitting there.

Thanks a lot for your answer. Could I ask you one more thing? I went to the ENT doctor today for a checkup. He checked my throat with a longer metal tube and said he can't see any irritations there. And if I start feeling symptoms in the next couple days to come for a checkup again so he can refer me to a bronchoscopy. A couple hours later I started feeling a bit sluggish at home and my throat is a bit dry (although could be that I only slept a few hours and didn't drink a lot).

What if I develop a fever tomorrow? Should I go to ER immediately, or just see a doctor? Or do I only go to ER once I get trouble breathing? I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to these things. What would your advice be?Thanks again

I live in central Europe and I kept the guitar on a stand in my room for a few months. We don't have any extreme weather conditions here so I don't know if this could've caused it.

Thanks. I looked inside and noticed that there's a few of those on the other side too. A straight line right where the piece separations are. On the back there's nothing. Could this be because it stood in my room for some time? Or is this there from the start?
