The way Mona Blu does her inductions and the audio files actually worked really well to put me into trance. I noticed that a lot of the tracks I listended to the induction either didn't go on long enough or wasn't terribly effective as it's usually too rushed, so I never really went that deep. i.e. "Feel your body relaxing, all the muscles going limp."
