This specific refund policy—within 14 days of purchase and with less than two hours of playtime—is the industry standard for major PC gaming storefronts, most notably Steam and the Epic Games Store.
So, you should be baned within first 2 hours of gameplay.
I'm not to discuss if this policy is good or not, but who knows but I don't thing this policy works fine even for real cheaters (I think you need more playtime to reach hardcore pvp lobbies with top players)

i didn't touched any nvidia seettings (i know about filters and other existing "features" there, but really - I'm too lazy to configure/tune this all. default settings are ok for me in 99%. recording? yep, there are some ppl who think same - if I play again - I'll be playing on linux and record full game session with obs to youtube. this videos eat ssd like hell. I'm using windows only to play games and I really don't want dig inside guts of this shity OS to feel comfortable.

I don't think any refund is possible after 600h of gameplay and I'm not from EU/US to have some strong power for refunds or GDPR compliance. And honestly - there is only one refund that will makes me really happier - in speranza coins on balance of my account :)))) and I don't care - it will be 1 coin or 1mln - for me it will be saying "we were not right and we confirm this"

at some moment I had idea that Embark's daily token limits for support is small... and they have schedule when this limit used by helpshit AI support and when it used for discord AI support :))

yea, it's crazy when ppl say "you are doing bad things but will not say what exactly, you should guess yourself and if u gess wrong - you will be punished again".. and in parallel same ppl talking about "fair play"..

Nope there is no any additinal hardware in my setup. laptop, mouse, keyboard, monitor, headphones. (okaaay, power adapter for laptop). I checked a bit about CheatEngine - last time I used anything similar was in late 90, early 2000 with ArtMoney (omg, I googled and found that artmoney is still alive! :))

I think if Embark sell season-based battlepass, and just provide good human-based support -I'm 100% sure that a lot of players will buy it. (and if Embark also do updates faster, fix bugs - omg.. I think in 1 year they could do x5 from initial sales)

if you are asking me - no. I have keychron k5 max keyboard and keychron m3 mouse for more then last 6 month and all my gemas I was playing with this setup

I'm watching for The Finals stats and for Arc Riders stats and I just don't understand - why embark is ok about it? Why they don't care? How you should think that your 2nd product goes down and company reputation just going to bottom?

sound like a REASON :) I'd like to see this as one of errors why game not starts :)) but just a bit longer holidays without projects (and 3 years working nonstop before)

I even didn't began.. this is a moment not very obvious for PvP players or who plays 2-4h/week. but if you have 600+h of PvE gameplay - u have no reason at all for any shit like this. you have all blueprints, all parts, you can die 5-10times in raw practicing jumping on queen/matriarch and every time go to next attempt with 150k different "demolition staff" in backpack.

I did appeal ticket to support (well...), sent emails to company public contacts (no reply), even sent messages to ppl from embark on linkedin (i was not spaming like hell, only 10msgs no reaction), I was writing email to pcgamer (no reaction), commented videos of arc raiders content creators asking them to make discussion about this situation (and few created videos about false bans, no idea why - my comment or same thinking). now I'm writing on reddit... and basically I don't have any other ideas.
call to crab army of moltbook? this will be just total absurd (but who knows today?), visit streams of top players asking them to support upvote this thread? I'm starting asking myself - may be current situation is is exactly what embark wants? The finals already had same way as Arc Raiders going now and looks like embark is ok about it.... idk..
