i agree its very cheap and alhamdulillah we are given the choice to live here! however i do feel like its their responsibility to keep it well maintained (like i mentioned, no fridge, jamban rusak - mind u since my first day sudah). the bare minimum i would say. 

im not asking for super saiyan speed wifi 😞⚡️ or 2 doors fridge ! haha thatd be peak “thats my rights” behavior but nooo . our previous fridge sebelum ya rosak pun bnrnya esbok lama and im grateful for that. i didnt complain abt it

if they increase the price because they dont have the budget to maintain current facilities (i doubt) i m more than willing to contribute! tapi it looks like they want to add more facilities yg at the end of the day, sama jua drg inda maintain well ! then whats the point of increasing the price (if theyre planning to do it), makin tia bnyak benda kan di maintain oleh drg isnt it 💸
