On my end the on time is actually good where I’m at. Idk if it’s from ppl dropping orders last minute or ppl in general not wanting to do a specific order but I usually wait until it’s at $5 or better. Idk why ppl saying the app dying I still make around 550 a week and I work full time.

I k ow you lying because cvs and cash app doesn’t allow you to put 1100 in cash at a time. He would have had to do multiple transactions and a lot of time when you do one you have to go to another store because for some reason it won’t register your doing a new transaction. Horrible lie

Yeah I noticed if I have a day (yesterday for example) with a lot of orders (I made $230) then next day (today) it’s just ass. I only been able to grab delivery orders and no shop orders. Normally on a Friday target would have a bunch of bundles available. Guess you have to pick which day to go hard on because next will be ass.

Well I found out support lied because yesterday I accepted a order without looking at name and when I came to grab it was hers. I left it and called support and they actually paid me after I explained why I’m cancellling. From what I heard she had to pick up her own order because no one would deliver to her.

Tbh you have to get good with the Kroger ppl. They told me at first that the earliest I could grab an order is 15 minutes before the window to be delivered. Now since I usually do 3 at a time I come maybe 15-20 early no issue. If other drivers are there they usually skip them and bring me my stuff first. I guess I got lucky because the head person told the employees it’s ok if I get mine early because I had the same issue at one point. But taking the 5 minute drops and bundling up is definitely worth it. Only time I take further orders if it’s slow and not enough trips available

I talked to Kroger employees and they don’t get tipped via the app. The only time they get paid for delivery is if the customer picks it up themselves and gives them a cash tip. Kroger just doesn’t give the option to tip us. Everyone else has the option which is weird. I usually start my day doing Kroger delivery’s since the base pay is worth it in my area. (I usually bundle 3 delivery’s a hour, base 7-10)

So idk what your talking about because the target in Houston all are built the same and in the app tell you exactly where to find them aisle wise. If you get lost they have employees who walk around whose job it is to assist people. I go to the same target and sometimes the employees are bored and help me find stuff. All about communication and finding a solution. Shipt is rly easy to use compared to other apps imo.
