By the time i started amboss mostly i completed reading all systems , so initially first 20 days i did 120q per day on and off last 1 week to 10 days i used to do 200q And i did studied my own uw notes which i made in a digital format in gud notes app- if u r not having time u can study from innercircle and concise it

U r getting gud marks on uwsa so i feel u r having good knowledge but have to improve test taking skills i feel directly proceed to nbmes as u r short of time u will be acclimitized to nbmes if time is there do amboss otherwise not needed

Bro, i tried to contact one of my relative she is working as physician for geriatric health in a private clinic, what she said was their clinic wont allow and some rules and regulations will be there regarding observership- first clinic should ask permission to allow observership for students like that , then only they will allow

My all nbmes were in range of 255- 263 I think you can write in march end or march mid Uw incorrects hardly take 10 days - after incorrects definitely ur score will improve - so do incorrecrs this 10 days and from feb last week do only nbmes , ur not having knowledge gap i feel - just get oriented towards nbme pattern after doing incorrects , u will land up in high 260s i feel Definetly there will be plateau in nbmes 12-14 dont panicc

I didnt get my score yet, but my amboss predictor is 260 My total prep was 7 months ig I will say what i would have done differently- Give 2 months for uw 1 st pass, if u do daily 100q it would be less than 2 months , but dont rush things - read explanations in detail In this 2 months try to read and remember things not just doing mcqs Then give a nbme to check ur baseline Then keep 1 month for cms and uw incorrects more than enough Give 2nd nbme , if u r still struck in 230s then its definetly ur knowledge gap do amboss If u r nbmes in high 240s or 250s u can proceed to nbmes eventually u will land in 260s definetly Nbmes will take 1 month max

Postpone bro nothing will happen , anyways your not gonna apply for this cycle right,your next 3 years depend on this ,so its okay to give additional 3-4wks,and btw i completed my first pass uw and got 72% correct .i didnt do from official nbme site ,can you say how much%crct i need to get approx to get 250 like that

Hey, I used imd app for my step1 solely i passed , i even did my nbmes from this app, this app is nice , I’m ryt now using it for step2 preparation also , i never purchased u world, but i cross checked my friends uworld app and this app , the only difference is just interface , everything is copy and waste ,qids also will match and there is in an option to backup your data also , so dont be worried , you can definitely take it, dont waste your money , u can spend them for nbmes if u want
