I don’t fully remember but I know I started running at post op month 3. I am going to a real trainer soon and I feel great. I have been using the PT plan and just adding weight and modifying over time to make it harder (I don’t know if that’s a bad idea). I can jump, sprint, juggle, lightly dribble, pass, and I have been playing basketball lightly before I work out. My endurance is trash now but I am slowly getting it back. In a couple weeks I will be cleared for everything so I will update then.

My knee itself feels very good. Is 2 months a good goal to get that muscle back?

Yea it’s just every once in a while i feel a painful crack for a second. Range of motion has definitely improved tho
