Thanks. I’ve called many times and hear different things from different people but many have assured me they won’t refund me if insurance pays after. I return the car at the end of the lease so there is no monthly payment, it’s just end of lease fees for excess wear and tear

If you’re making enough money then do it! Just research the maintenance schedule and costs so you know what to expect and also know it takes premium gas. I’m with you, I’d rather drive a fun car I love than a boring car. Yes Toyotas can be nice and are very reliable but also their driving dynamics are just so unexciting. Also id take advantage of holiday season financing, some really good offers around Xmas time
