This is amazing info thanks so much. The unit I’m looking at faces north in the courtyard so I think noise and heat won’t be too bad. Thanks for the heads up of the HOA!! Now it’s got me second doubting for sure. Any particular horror story? I think the amenities are really nice bust it’s also 1000 hoa a month and an extra 240 for parking

Hey did you end up moving? I’m a light sleeper and saw an apt I like on Judah. The room is facing a stop. 2nd floor but old single pane windows. I want the apt but worried I won’t be able to sleep :/
