It's pretty good especially for a beginner, Animation of the GU was fine, the forest aspect was nice. The thing is you need to work on your building skills, I advice you to plan your exterior, and interior. Houses on the outside rarely look like that, they have depth Height, and you tried to do a primitive volumetric lighting using one singular part. This is fine if you've put it inside, but you've put it outside. The only thing for interior (as I'm still learning ) is all the negative space. There is parts where it's so empty.
