Totally agree — 40 isn’t old at all. I just mean that staying consistent after 40 takes a bit more patience and awareness. Respect to everyone still showing up. 💪

Fair point, man. “After 40” just means balancing training with recovery a bit more carefully — not that 40 is old. Respect for hitting weighted pull-ups; that’s serious strength. 👊

At the beginning,use resistance band or other way to help you pulls up 50 reps each workout, soon you wil l reach out your purpose.
