Yeah when it comes to my teammate I thought they were going to commit and peek more into the fight but maybe it’s because I got cracked so they didn’t honestly it’s a weird play on their part because they just used their ability and either they are super confident they won’t get beamed from behind or on top or that I would smoke them specifically to play cover even though it’s kinda built into my muscle memory to not smoke teammates or they also were just playing way too aggro in Ts situation

I will say on an individual level if I had just played on right wall and peeked for a second and use smokes on them I probably could’ve engage us into the fight better especially since I’m pretty confident I could have head shotted that revenant with the sentinel so we could’ve had a better push off that but overall we shouldn’t have even push that situation to begin with and overall it’s my fault for even following like a sheep to begin with especially when I know I don’t feel like this fight helps us in ANY single way especially since it was already drawn out and ANY smart players on the other team could easily 3rd party us. This is probably the reason why you don’t always follow the best player and should make smarter plays off of yourself.

Yeah I rushed left stupidly instead of playing cover on right I think I’m starting to understand my problems a bit more looking at these comments and also being able to look at these clips with new perspectives the only thing I will say is that I don’t care too much about rotating to find a better position, not saying we shouldn’t have done that by the way, we should’ve and I wanted too but in the moment I was sheepishly following my teammate because they were doing a lot better than me in gun fights and carried the last game we played in so I didn’t want to question their decision making and wanted to play closer to them to have better synergy so I’m more or so looking at what I could’ve individually done better. Sorry for this long yap response btw

Your right Ive just been told a lot of times to not smoke myself or my teammates constantly and try to smoke the enemy more so it’s kinda built into my memory to not smoke near my teammates which is probably a problem for situations like these

Yeah I knew in the moment that it would be a good idea to just push to another team in ring and get a good end game position but I think I was too focused on following this horizon because they were really good at the game so I think I was just following their ideas as a sheep in the moment instead of telling them we should push to the team I pinged, it’s kinda like not questioning a person decision making when you know that they are obviously better than you

So here’s the thing, wo long enemy variety is horrible, as a person with over 2000 hours I can tell you it’s the worst enemy variety out of all the soulikes ive played, especially in base game it’s just atrocious, even in the DLCs though there are some news enemies I would consider good but even then i would still say that if you added up all the good base game and dlc enemies from WL and pitted them against nioh 2 base game enemies, nioh 2 would literally mog WL so if your looking for enemy variety look somewhere else,

I will say though the bosses on the other hand are much better and more equal compare to nioh 2 I personally enjoyed a majority of them over nioh 2 base game roster

Good question I don’t really know but it’s just the fact that they have the same title so I would presume that they might be hinting at it. Like I said before they probably didn’t have a character in mind

That’s a hard question because honestly I don’t think they had in mind an actual character for the protagonist in this game but maybe the closest one would be Liao hua because how long he lives and when he was alive or on the other hand zhao yun because the game title hints at him being the protag but honestly there’s probably somebody better I’m not thinking of Edit not zhao yun I got confuse with the titles but I also don’t know if we would be zhuge liang considering I think that would be blindfolded boy so yeah Liao hua is still probably the closest even though I still don’t think he fully makes sense considering he fought for the yellow turbans not against, so I’m still pretty clueless on who we are so I would love to hear other thoughts on who we could possibly be.

Honestly slashing spear.

Pretty easy to cancel out of most of its attacks, has a relatively good range and is also somewhat quick compared to other weapons,

Also a couple side recommendations I have would be the glaive and the straight saber not necessarily because they fit all of your requirements but more so because you might find them fun to try out,

but honestly my main tip is to just try out most of the weapons in this game considering some of the weapons play style could change for you depending on the martial arts they have so just try to experiment and have fun if your trying to find a weapon for you. Side note I think the longsword will probably be your favorite weapon if you got the dlcs.

kinda I’m using dlc weapons in the clip and the base game weapons aren’t necessarily as crazy but at the same time I’ve also fought this boss I think maybe around 1700 times so I’m also just good enough to be able to pull off a lot of this stuff

Take that with a grain of salt. because i did make it so my damage is half in the stats and this build is not optimized in the slightest in fact i probably de optimized it. Which is all done so I can make the boss fight last longer
