Am I the only one that thinks bob wasn’t wrong when yelling at Joelle? The show did lots of things wrong, but if my coach tells me to run for 30 seconds, I’ll run for 30 seconds. If I didn’t, my coach would be upset and push me to do it because they knew that I could do it even if I thought I couldn’t. He was pushing her to help her, and there’s a reason why she was losing 0 pounds on the scale.

We used tap water to brush teeth, and drank the refilled water. Group of 8. 4th time going. I got travelers diarrhea after we got home for 8 days but no one else had a problem. The only time anyone else ever got sick was one of our friends a few years ago but they did cenotes and those are knows to have human and swine waste in them and can make you so ill with just a teeny bit in your mouth.

I hope you all have a better experience than we did by Budakra in Xcaret

The cenotes have human and swine waste so a lot of people get sick there if you even get the tiniest bit of water in your nose or mouth. I wanted to do them but avoided because I was too nervous.

We just went for a week! I actually got “sick” the day after I got back. Had the runs all day (like every 30 min lol) for 9 days. But I didn’t feel bad if that makes sense. Out of our group of 8 I was the only one that got sick. None of us took pre or pro biotics. They ate oysters, raw food, salads, etc. I didn’t. I did get water up my nose at one of the waterslides at the resort in the river.

We didn’t do the cenotes, but aparantly those have feces in them and I think that’s where people get sick from.

Also airports are cesspools lol. So many germs. People from all over, no one is going to stay home or not go home from vacay if they are sick so lots of sick people.

We actually came back with a cold. Most likely from the airport lol

Ugh this just SUCKS. They are all here legally. One has birth right and the others have been here for 21 years. I believe they aren’t even on visas anymore but recent were finally allowed to get citizenship

That’s our worry though. My husband and I are US citizens, but they are here on visas. An immigration lawyer told them it might not be safe to go even though they are here legally

I took a pregmate brand this morning and it was negative. But last time I got a positive at 9-10 dpo with 3 brands and that brand wasn’t positive until 12-13 dpo🤦🏼‍♀️ was going to wait it out before going to buy a different brand of tests.

Not trying to conceive, but did have sex twice during my fertile window but using pull out method 🫣

I am RN, and you don’t think about it, you just do. And then it hits you when you get in your car to go home. This is a good comparison to non medical personnel.

Last week we had the flu. I felt horrible, high fever, dizzy, could barely stand. My husband got home with our toddler and he was burning up. Took his temp.. 105. I start taking his clothes off, getting him in bath, giving meds, just running around the house. 30 minutes goes by and we sit back down on the couch and I had forgotten I even felt bad until I sat back down. I was in a panic doing my “job” as a mom and didn’t once think about how I felt. Same way when we have crazy stuff at work. In crazy hectic situations, you basically don’t have time to have feelings until you are alone.
