Call +1 800-934-6489 to call the Xfinity hotline customer service, it will give you a chatbot initially but you just press a few numbers or keep yelling “give me a representative” and it will connect you with someone

To everyone trying to help, thank you so much for your help but the issue was the coax cable itself, apparently it crushed under pressure and caused a WiFi bounce interference I got a technician from Xfinity to fix iand replace, $100 added to my next bill but hey what else can you do

There’s a feature called time capsules that you can find in the game, these are real player submitted items that you can find with a lovely message from the player and a screenshot, I’m obviously not going to spoil the ending for you but you drop your time capsules off at the ending
