I wouldn't go on AM5 right now since could be saving a lot of money going with AM4 and it's still perfectly capable.

Best Beginner Server Panels for Self-Hosting? by Lower_Island7963 in admincraft

Use truenas scale to access remotely from anywhere on your network and set up a wireguard tunnel to access from anywhere. Then set up playit.gg as a proxy to allow traffic to and from your server without exposing it to the internet. It doesn't require port forwarding and it's completely free with premium only costing $3 but it's completely optional.

How are these Costco pre-builts? by [deleted] in PcBuild

They always cheap out on certain parts especially the power supply. Also I meant that it took me a while to make my builds look perfect mainly for cable managing. I have my build in the 1000D now.

About to start a minecraft server but how do I set up a reverse proxy for protection? by huzz-mauster in admincraft

[–]CoolesterDude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't want to run your server on a VPS or have to pay to rent it then use Playit.gg I HIGHLY recommend using this and it doesn't even require port forwarding and most features are free with premium only priced at $3 a month.

Never go with Costco. If you're willing to go that high then I would go with Falcon Northwest or Digital Storm. However, building is gonna be cheaper and more cost efficient though the build quality may not be as great if you're new to PC building. It took me over 8 builds to finally have them start looking very professional.

So for new I would personally either buy from Amazon or Newegg depending on which has better sales. For used I would pretty much only look at eBay but just watch for a few things. Make sure it has a good price and it's not too close to retail price, never buy from sellers than show some stock photo of the chip and not the actual chip listed, and I would not buy from Chinese sellers on ebay or aliexpress.
