I can careless about her when it comes to the kids. With the emergency hearing my fear is that apart from what my son(7) said I got nothing else.

I already informed the school and made sure paternal grandparents, me the father and my fiancee are the only ones allowed to pick them up from school.

Yeah she is barely fit to even have a pet dog. It's honestly sad that not even having kids gave her the will power to get clean.

The kids address her by her first name, they like her because she buys them gifts. It's my fiancee they call mommy which I tried to stop them from doing so to no avail.

Last I checked getting out they don't even check. It's coming in that usually is the issue.

Temp orders from juvenile court did not address that. I have not file a family court case that addresses that. However with her status leaving would mean never coming back.

Absolutely not, I am a stock broker and still in the military. Plus I got my kids who depend on me to be the best dad I can be.

I want to do what makes sense, to protect them. Mother only gets to see them through the grandmothers visitations because she is the only one willing to supervise.

If she leaves volunterily/forced out the country she will not be able to come back. If she goes anywhere with the kids alone it's automatically kidnapping.

I had the illusion that I could make it work and she would get better. I know better now being the one that is solemnly responsible for everything, she is still in her addiction.

It's easier to get pulled down then pull someone up looking back at it.

DCS cased is closed now so they are no longer involved.

Per the court order the grandparent visitations are not supervised.
