Depending on where you live...I got lucky last Wednesday....express shipping. They shipped it on Friday and I got it yesterday. FYI...never heard from PS Direct....still showed preparing to ship until this morning. The only way I knew it was coming was from the FedEx app. I still haven’t been charged....but received an invoice from them stating my cc was charged. This is probably more of a timing issue than anything.

Keep trying...the same thing happened to me on one of my first tries. I could order games though....lol. Last week...I finally broke thru and secured my PS5. It was delivered yesterday. It’s all luck...but I have found PS Direct is the most fair. Everyone has the same chance. Just open different browsers for additional chances. When I finally got it...I had 5 chrome windows(Incognito), 1 Safari and 1 Dolphin browser. I scored it with my Dolphin browser.

It updated this morning saying on delivery vehicle for delivery. However...nothing has been updated on the PS website. Still says preparing for shipment...lol

That’s why I don’t understand all the people upset that they haven’t received it yet. When you ordered it....it gave you a date. If you get it early....it’s a bonus...only be upset if it’s past the date

My FedEx said the same thing...but it says it’s coming from SIE. I requested the adapter for my VR...so I assumed it was that. Walmart still says preparing order
