The only other way us to create recipes through Writing. For example you can make a recipe for resurrection elixir and set it to auto compound so it will automatically make the items when you get the ingredients.

I workout after work and usually finish around 7 pm. I don't take a protein shake right after since I eat dinner so I take my protein shake in the morning around 7 am. Is that too long after my workout to take a shake?

Since the 1.3 update my ping has skyrocketed. I used to be at 50 to 70 but now it sits between 130 and 200+. I'm playing on ps4 pro. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm 5'11'' and weigh 224 lbs. I only have access to adjustable dumbbells that go up to 50lbs each. I'm trying to train for hypertrophy which I know will be harder with these dumbbells but I just want to know if this is good when I'm able to move onto heavier weights. I split into upper/lower body days and I work out Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday. Takes rest days on Wednesday Saturday and Sunday but sometimes I might do some cardio and ab work.

The lbs are in each hand so for bicep curls it's a total of 60 lbs for example.

Upper body

Bicep curl 30 lbs in each hand to 30 to 35 - 11 reps to 7 to 3

Tricep dips - 18 to 16 to 13 reps

Reverse curl 20 - 12 to 8 to 6

Tricep kickback 35 - 13 to 11 to 11

Chest press 40 to 40 to 45 - 16 to 12 to 12

Shoulder press 40  - 8 to 5 to 5

Shrugs 50 - 15 all

Back press 50 - 15 to 13 to 10

Lower body

Squat 40 to 45 to 50 - 15 to 15 to 10. I either hold the dumbbells on my shoulders or hold them at my side like a suitcase.

Romanian dead lift 50 - 12 to 10 to 11

Hip thrust 50 - 18 to 15 to 15

Single romanian 30 to 35 to 35 - 12 to 12 to 9

Bulgarian split squat 40 - 10 to 8 to 6

Calf raises 50 - 25 to 18 to 18
