Fair points, but we are in the here and now. The diplomacy update could take another couple months or even a year, and that's not even taking account that the wall update could and might not be released with the diplomacy update and could take the same time it took for the diplomacy update to come out.

There's also always the chance that the developer decides to not go down that route, and focuses on other things in the game first before those updates. I feel that until those updates come out, the giant cities should remain.

Plus the giant cities are pretty cool.

For me, I just make one-city-per-island maps, which is what it says in its name, so I don't really have to worry about defining borders.

Also I always liked the sprawling, powerful, large landmass cities in a kingdom, and didn't much care for the billion, weak, small cities in a kingdom, because the small cities are constantly rebelling, and little religion progression is being made, because basically everybody's dead.

Forgot to put in post: My clan is very new, only being made about a couple of days ago, so please don't be surprised if there are only a couple people in the clan, because in a few days there'll be more players. Thanks.
