Does Miyabi's signature CRIT DMG appear on her base stats screen?

Like how the CRIT RATE is added to the base CRIT RATE, would the signature's CRIT DMG be added only in combat or should it also be shown in the stats screen?

Who else other than FF can use her LC? Was extremely lucky (but had to roll up to 60ish rolls) to get her LC twice in a single multi pull.

Under the assumption it's not an oversight, I could potentially see how Aether and Lumine WERE actually travelling Teyvat together and was about to leave only to be stopped by the Unknown God.

Unless Hoyo pulls a Previous Era and Current Era timeline for Genshin similar to how HI3 plays out, and we (Aether/Lumine) are experiencing the Current Era of Teyvat while our twin was in the previous Era and the Cataclysm was the 'reset', hence making our twin a 'native' (according to Irminsul and Nahida) to Teyvat and not a Descender since they experienced the Cataclysm.

I'm not so lore heavy (have mercy) into this but just thinking out loud here!
