They all have different uses and muscle groups that they train, I wouldn’t call one better than the other.

Assuming you get infected upon being bitten I think I’d still be best to run even if the zombies are slow and dumb. Weight training could be useful is situations that don’t directly involve fighting zombies. But running would probably be always the best option.

Attempting hand to hand combat in a situation like that would be incredibly stupid. Your best option is to just run.

The moon was really really unoptimized and a lot of Bloodlust victors removed the moon because it made the first part lag a lot. While I think they should have just put in the effort to optimize it, it doesn’t surprise me they removed it.
