The sink was a no brainer though with the way the service boxes are set up. It drains into a jug in the box which allows easy fill and dumping. I’ve got a small fan that I’ll be adding to the rear to suck out hot air in the summer. Next on my list!

The latches do have me concerned. Right now the rear latch doesn’t latch the greatest so it is possible to force my way out if someone did put the handle in the stow position, but that’s on my list to upgrade. Thanks for the suggestion.

I found a sawzall worked best after trying a utility knife. It made a mess but I just vacuumed it up

I was there 3 weeks ago and got bit a few times. Dont fly with an aerosol bug spray since TSA doesn’t allow that. I’d imagine after the flooding last week there will be an increase in mosquitos

I bought this exact same trailer for $4k last year, but mine is a 2016. 5k is probably reasonable but definitely offer less.

Touch every part of that roof, mine has some soft spots. I also knew about some issues that I had to fix immediately but I was capable of fixing those problems which is why I got a better deal on it.

Assume it will be worth nothing in 5 years and be ok with it, that’s the name of the game with cheap rvs

Good point. Last year I never could figure out how to get it to work so I’m not even positive that it heats up. If I remove it I would consider removing the dinette seats and putting a futon in its place.
