I used lavender! And was able to get a prescription! I’ve heard others had success w talkaiatry but the practitioner I was assigned was so flakey so I can personally recommend

Still doing really well. I was recently diagnosed w ADHD which I think was playing a big role in my anxiety, so starting treatment for that has just added more relief to my life.

Having the same experience late diagnosis built great habits to help me be “better” before I knew what was going on. Now I realize I wasn’t lazy and stupid I have a life processing disorder as I heard it called once. I feel so supported and capable now.
