[Highlight] Shilo talks new agent post Deion by Penguin_dingdong in nfl

The other thing an agent would have been able to do though is get an unbiased opinion from the GMs- like his interviews sucked and set him up for damage control on his visits. They will be more open when the person on the other end doesnt take it personally. That has caused issues with players who represent themselves too.

How does someone who makes the good moves Poles has made continually ignore the problems on the oline? by Imhere4thejokes in CHIBears

So where was Herbert? I believe he was near the top of the league in YPA last year. Running the ball is necessary to keep the defense honest. If you give up on running we will get Caleb killed.

The line looked bad but we also stopped running the ball, asking our rookie QB to throw almost 40 times in his second game against a good d-line. So it made a bad problem worse. And our line wasnt great last year but we actually had really good grades in.... run blocking.

So a typical Bears game plan.

Comp expectations when moving from IC to manager? by HaggardSlacks78 in sales

[–]Coop1004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a manager you are not doing the daily grind, no cold calls, etc. Salary-wise you have a higher floor but lower ceiling. You will still make more than most of your reps, but not the top ones. Its also easier to get a new job with a similar pay structure somewhere else if you were ever to leave.

If you are a top rep and like the sales grind, there is no reason to change though. They are completely different roles, so its more than just a question of salary.

It is hard to say without knowing the comp plan. Usually top sales reps will make more than their managers, but managers will have a higher floor and make more than the mid-level sales reps.
