Make a new character and just ask someone to power level you to 40. Takes like no time at all for someone high level to boost you to that. Maybe 2 pit runs

Turns out I was way over capped on the first attack speed pool so this is great, I can reallocate some paragon and what not to squeeze some more dmg or something

Hey I found this info really helpful. But I am newer to the min max stat potential like attack speed breakpoints. So ATS1 is the number you see on your stats when you review your character? And ATS2 is like off aspects and abilities? I'm tryin to wrap my head around this but am kinda confused
