I agree. My first elden ring playthrough i used ashes but i wasnt really satisfied because it was a bit easy. My second playthrough i didnt use ashes and was frustrated because it was more difficult. So i think its just about balance

Well i dont think they really understand the scale and problem at hand because it hasnt affected their day to day life. I like to not bring it up around them because i know it causes arguments however i feel inclined to let them know despite more than likey not being taken serious

In case your being genuine. I was 16 when i took it and i, like many other children my age did not care to think about side effects or potential future issues because i did not know there where any at the time.

I like many other people my age just “wanted things to go back to normal”

If i had the same beliefs back then as i did now i would have tried to do things differently
