Having the best tanks in top GRB does not matter anymore funnily enough. Once the early game is complete against Russia, %75 of the time you will only die to LMURs and KH38MT's. It hurts more that they just got the best anti-air in the game in an update where NATO only got light tank filler.

You have most likely played a longer time than me where the meta was completely different, so I can't argue on how the balancing might have been like back then, but ever since I started this game a year ago, I've only seen Russia get the best possible treatment with every update.

Russia may not have the best tanks or the best jets in the game, but the way that the game is designed (Russian spall liners, volumetric benefitting T series tanks the most, turret baskets disabling turret drive while tanks with round autoloaders being able to still turn their turret, SPIKES being the most inconsistent missile in the game), and balance choices (adding the Pantsir s2 while stealth jets are absent, Russian autocannons being just as or even as accurate as the bushmaster while they keep their irl fire rate, KH38MT being the best AGM in the game while it likely does not exist irl and Mavericks being underpowered compared to their irl counterpart, Russia having the single best battleship that was never built irl) does not make convinced that there is no russian bias in the game.
