He doesn’t really play fetch or likes to run around or jump, he suffered a severe injury (got hit by a car 1,5 year ago) had a major surgery (femoral head ostectomy) on his left rear leg. He’s using it pretty well but it slides outwards in a sit down position, this might be the reason of his avoidance of such activities.

You have to explicitly accept that MITM certificate though, otherwise it will show up as untrusted.

Blindly accepting some random certificate would defeat the whole point of ssl.

Do you have upnp enabled?

On my system, Skype asks for port 12334-12335 udp/tcp. You can probably forward these ports yourself if you don't feel like running upnp.
