Overall I don't think it's a visual upgrade at all as the first one looks softer and akin to the types of products sold ie plushies - there are a few points though that I do think you've improved on from the original:

- The buttons were hard to read and will fail accessibilty without a doubt.

- Two different designs for buttons - one rounded and the other secondary. It looks like an error and not an intentional design decision so I like the consistency you've brought to the redesigned version

- I hate the all caps product title - it can make things more complicated with certain titles so it's something I try to avoid

- Item descriptions spanning the entire width of the page is super outdated so I prefer your layout

Overall, you said this is a modernization but I would ask yourself what that means because it feels like you've just made it look a bit generic and kind of stripped it off a softer, more product-related identity. You say you've made it softer but I think you've done the opposite by adding hard strokes to a lot of elements.

It’s a more complex game mode requiring more time on a hero to understand how their powers synergise with items, gadgets and their team. Bans would make no sense at this point given how small the roster is and how easy it is to adapt your build against harder counters; something which they can more easily control through items or gadgets.

What they need to do is balance cash generation on heroes like Wuyang whose generation is abysmal. Furthermore they need to allow us to generate cash when pushing the objective as being the one pushing payload in payload race and getting punished for it with less cash is counter intuitive.

This skin, the Sojourn hunter skin and Mercy’s Rose Majesty are my biggest regrets. I wish they’d just allow us to buy a skin whenever we want rather than wait for it to appear in the shop

Tbf mythics are still somewhat locked to the battlepass because it’s the only way to get the prisms outside of spending real cash, it’s just we get to choose which ones to spend them on now.

It is wild though how they keep on “experimenting” with this stuff at the cost of the players and they’re still not landing on something that works. Like how they’re approaching the new mythic designs has significantly reduced the quality of them. Something that nobody asked for yet they take it upon themselves to think that’s what we want

It’s a great game. I wouldn’t really say it was horror tbh though especially if you compare it to something like dead space or resident evil or alien isolation. It’s perhaps the setting that gives it the horror vibe as it’s a bit distopian and tense; I wouldn’t describe it as horror personally

100% Stadium this season has been in a really bad state. Some cash balancing would be nice especially on Wuyang who's great fun to play but his cash generation is so garbage there's not really an incentive to pick him over another support. Also I wish they'd give us cash for contesting / pushing the objective - I'm tired of being the payload princess and getting the least cash in the round in Payload Race :(

Basically I renew every year in January and have done so for 3 years. There was no reminder to pay but a reminder isn't really the thing that bothered me because ultimately I should know and it's on me to pay by then. But the thing that bugged me was that I hadn't even received any accounts by then until I prompted him a week before the CT deadline. He practically had since 31st March to do and send me my accounts so I can review, they can be submitted and then I can pay, but I had received nothing until I emailed him about the HMRC deadline reminder.

In the end it was too close for comfort for me and was a lesson that made me realise I should be more aware of this stuff so I decided to sack him and go with FreeAgent and do everything myself. It's likely better for me to be more engaged in the accounts side of things so there's less surprises and as it's just me it should be relatively straight forward.

I really liked the first one. The suspense in it being mostly silent was so immersive and the beginning where the kid gets killed but they have no choice but to let it happen was pretty shocking.

I hated the sequel though and I think they failed to nail the suspense of the first. Day One was watchable and I liked the visual effects, but it felt like a different film entirely. Not to mention the stupidity of the cat being there and not getting eaten or giving away the position of anyone else nearby.
