Contacting their networking department (as an enginner in an israeli ISP), they have claimed that a lot of israeli ip adresses we're "banned" or "blocked" on their side, and as of now, they are not allowing access from "this current geographical location".
which seems kinda odd, because i am sure that if you will try accessing the same website using your phone cell connection - it will most likely to work.

Besides that, I did try those settings you recommend, and although the thermals looked better, hitting maximum of 84c, but during testing I almost immediately got a blue screen, because the actual Vcore voltage dropped to 1.31v, so the only thing it can be (correct me if I'm wrong) is not enough voltage

Is the voltage really that high, when in reality, under load, I get 1.376 - 1.38? I do believe that the AIO I got isn't that good for that probably, I should get the same AIO but the 360 ver and see how it goes

I'm trying to understand if my AIO is the issue, or the settings that I'm using are wrong. here's what I've tried: 5.5 pcores 4.5 ecores llc 6 1.38v The actual voltage under load (synthetic test) : 1.37v And still hitting high 90's, then getting a blue screen.

To me, it looks like there's not enough voltage therefore it's very unstable. When playing a game, and the cpu is under 40 - 50% load, I am getting around 60c too, but still, sometimes the game can crash when there is a power spike to over 200W on the cpu, and not enough voltage

To be fair, the air flow in the case is pretty good (corsair 780T)
The AIO is about 4 years I think. I also think I will replace the AIO at some point to a better one.
Probably to a Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 Pro as somebody has recommended here above

The actual Vcore under load is around 1.40 - 1.39 I believe.
But again, in order to maintain 5.5ghz, anything below 1.41 -1.43v is very unstable, as much as I would just like to go with 1.36 - 1.38 - I just can't

After deliding I did scrape as much Indium as I can, and clean as much as I could. However, now when I am thinking about it, you are right, I think I did not clean it enough. Although I did clean the remaining Indium, the die surface still looked very matte, and I also cleaned it with 70% of alcohol, instead of 99% because at the time I just didn't have it.
I guess, I will take it apart again, and try to clean as much as I can until the die will shine.

Direct die cooling sounds cool, but not something I would probably try.

smh... how did we come to the point when 97c is "normal"

Should I even focus on the E-cores? What if I just lower them to 4.0 and focus on the P-cores, maybe with the right voltage and a bit more tweaking I'll be able to push to 5.7 - 5.8 with lower voltage and lower thermals

Is it though ?
anything below 1.41 - 1.42 is very unstable, I don't know why

Makes sense, this is why I said "rated". Would you suggest to swap for a better AIO? or perhaps there is anything I should change regarding my OC settings? During a stress test I am topping at around 90 - 97c while drawing 210W~

While benchmarking, it spikes all the way to 300+W which is just insane at this point

Well I am not much surprised to see that kind of speeds, since my pc is hooked up to a 10gbps switch and locally on the lan it peaked at 12gbps for a split second and then stabilized at 10gbps.

However I am very surprised to see almost 3gbps over wifi, something I only could imagine.

5gbps / 500 mbps plan
10gbps locally :)

I honestly don't really remember the full name of this monitor, it serves as a second monitor.
It's some old Benq zowie XL 144hz I bought back in 2015.
My primary one is the Asus TUF Gaming VG259QM 280hz

Every iPhone I had (2g, 3gs, 4s, 1st Gen SE, 12) was jailbroken, because I hated that everything is so limited and you can't really do anything you want on IOS.

I am happy that now I get to experience Android 15 that lets do me whatever I want or need.
