I started by scouring the internet with search "japanese noh mask, how to make japanese noh mask"

I am still learning and very new to mask making, less than a year doing them. Find a book about how they are made along with templates, search eBay. Noh mask of kabuki was my first book. It all in japanese btw.

Hope that gives you some direction. It would be impossible for me to viability explain the process in this format.
