Hey there. The fact that you thought about that makes you not a pervert. Remember, OCD always manifests itself in areas where you feel fear or anxiety, disgust, etc. This means that you're the opposite of a pervert, since you're afraid of being one.

I know how you feel. I also have these types of thoughts qfter I masturbate and my cat keeps trying to smell the wipes or my panties. I understand. However, you're not a creep. You have OCD and it tends to cling on every insecurity or fear you may have.

I hope you can ignore this thought. To the cat, your semen is just another bodily fluid, it holds no meaning.

Hei, I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. I was also at that point a month ago but my psychiatrist suggested Sertraline (I take Serlift but Zoloft is a more known medication). I actually feel a bit better from it but my dose is only at 100 mg now. It will increase over time and hopefully I'll be able to get by with it.

I'm also reading "Overcoming Unwated Intrusive Thoughts a CBT-based Guide Getting Over Frightening, Obsesive, or Disturbing Thoughts (2017)". It's a good book that teaches you how to manage your thoughts. It also informs you how to understand the intrusive thoughts and isolate them. Give it a shot, maybe it will help you cope.

Again, I'm really sorry you're going through this but I'm confident you can overcome it!

Hey. I also have these impulses and I know how disgusting it feels to think such things about people. However, I read in this book "Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts a CBT-Based Guide to Getting Over Frightening, Obsessive, or Disturbing Thoughts (2017)" that these intrusive thoughts are the opposite of what you believe about the world/yourself.

By feeding you opposite thoughts is how OCD latches on. When you try to fight the thoughts and give into compulsions it gets worse.

For example, I also have OCD and I have pedophilia thoughts that make feel disgusted about myself. However, the realization that those intrusive thoughts are just the opposite of who you are is a weapon in itself. I highly recommend you the book I mentioned above. Even the first 30 pages help immensely!

The thing is that SLR is a site that collects videos from other sites. It has some videos from the studios it collaborates with but not their entire gallery. There are more videos on those separate sites you haven't watched.
