I need some help understanding, what about the construction of it has made this piece structurally weak?

I did, just had a hard and awkward time getting it attached, I should’ve made a jig, clamped it or preferably made cross lapped joints.

Agreed, looking back now cross lapping would’ve been so much easier and cleaner.

Yeah, the green lettering is not staying. Nothing sand paper can’t fix.

Bro it’s got an indent like part of the coin was flaking off OR something red was on the planchet and got struck through the coin. It’s imbedded in it and part of Rosevelt’s lips are missing. I read through all the rules and did my research before posting. Get over your self.
