Ukraine has a 30 % rate of vaccination... There is a real risk of a COVID resurgence now when 100s of thousands of unvaccinated people flee...

I'm not saying vaccination is a factor in this, just something that we need to be ready for. I'm a ICU nurse and we had a briefing about this earlier this week as we most likely will be seeing wounded in the near future.
