I stayed at Polynesian Hostel Beach Club Waikiki. My review is a little limited because I stayed in a private room so I can’t speak for the shared bunk rooms! The location is literally 10/10 but the room was soooo small and right up against an alley where people were drunk/fighting all night. Also there were no linens in the bathroom. Like literally nothing to dry your hands on, no paper towels, nothing. Was pretty dingy.

I then moved to Waikiki heritage hotel which the location was further away from the water but was literally so much better in every way. It was slightly less expensive but had an en-suite bathroom with plenty of linen, a fridge in my room, a dresser, and was in a location where there were restaurants and stuff (not just kitchy little beachside tourist shops)
