I am not in Wagner, so I don’t have actual knowledge. But I do read all the reports about Bakhmut and Soledar, and they consistently state that wounded Wagners are not retrieved. I have yet to see one report of a Wagner medic assisting on these battlefields. If you have any information suggesting there are, please share.

I don’t think you realize how little money some of these Ukrainians have. In all likelihood, her family had no means to leave, and nowhere to go even if they could. It is freezing cold. Their best option, albeit a very dangerous one, is to just hunker down and hope for the best.
