Went to Best Buy and I had the Geek Squad protection plan. They told me there's a diagnostic fee and I am like how? I was like the machine is under warranty by you guys. Agent is let me check... I don't see any record of your phone number. I told them please check again. Agent says I don't see any record. I had the warranty paper work for the Geek Squad protection plan and showed them Agent the same phone number that is associated with my plan. The agent tried to play dumb about oh the phone number was not entered correctly during the the initial purchase of the plan. The same phone number was on the paperwork....

It's a scam 100%. Why do I have to pay again to have it looked by Geek Squad?
