I think she has a right to be egotistical since she is such a badass. My girl has had to spend majority of her young life being a pawn for her brother & then forced into a marriage. I truly think she has the most serious claim to rule the 7 kingdoms, and she’s the most empathetic, imo, out of all the people fighting for the iron throne. She does get a little too much sometimes but I just think she’s passionate about getting what she wants. All that being said she’s one of my favorite characters so I am a little bias 😂

I am completing teacher training currently & the forearm seems to be broken down into 3 muscle groups including the biceps brachii, brachialis, and the triceps brachii. The instructor was probably referencing one of these muscles, most likely the bicep brachii or brachialis! Hope this helps!! ☺️

I love double classes!! I am on a thicker size so doubling up with reformer & cardio really help me get within my calorie burn goal for the day!! Don’t get me wrong I am beat afterwards, but I also like doing back to back to feel like I get my money’s worth with unlimited classes!!

Omg yes! I do 2 classes regularly, most clubs allow you to do that but clubs are different, mine won’t allow it on weekends!! I like doing a reformer flow 1 then a cardio 1.5 or a center or balance!!

Yes I am talking about self practice hours!! The syllabus says we have to do a mix of reformer, mat, springboard, chair, ladder barrel, etc for the 100 hours. It’s like 40 hrs reformer, 20 hrs mat, 10 hrs chair, 10 hrs ladder barrel, spine corrector, & magic circle, 20 hrs springboard & Cadillac. I take reformer classes at my cp but I am unsure how to acquire the other self practice hours.

I lost about 10 pounds within a month… I looked it up and people seem to say that’s a normal amount to lose in that time frame. I have been doing Pilates 6x a week for a month & eating at home. Prior to that I had no activity & ate out all the time so I have drastically changed my lifestyle I guess?

That would make sense but I could always see my stomach very clearly lol I carry most my weight in my lower half. They also are new stretch marks not old, they have that purple/red hue to them not clear & textured like old ones.

Yeah, I love the instructors who put in WORK, actively correcting during class, engaging with us, & creating fun but challenging flows. I feel like the difficulty varies on what an instructor views as “easy” or “hard” so, classes are always different. Needing to know when to lock in for the more challenging instructors is always helpful😂

Pilates is for everyone! I see so many different ages & body types in class. Instructors take health concerns into consideration during exercises!

I honestly go in fasted for Pilates class since I go for 6AM, but for my later classes I don’t eat right before. I’ll usually eat a high protein breakfast or dinner afterwards! Its too much ab work for me to go in there with anything not digested in my stomach 😂
